Inernet Explorer problems when trying to open attachments from the e-Supplier Portal.
We are experiencing problems by vendors when they try to open and download attachments when using Internet Explorer browsers. It is quite frustrating for vendors. We make sure that they have their pop-up blocker disabled and have cleared cache on their browsers but nothing seems to work. We have asked that they go to a different browser (i.e. Firefox) and this will work for some vendors. Is there any help we can provide to the vendor community so they arent so frustrated?
