OCRMOD synchronize with OCRMOD Marketing

Hello and Happy Holidays Everyone,

Our Marketing department uses OCRMOD Marketing to manage their Campaigns but I need this data in our OCRMOD environment.  Can I synchronize campaigns between the 2 environments? And if this is possible, which direction does the syncing take place?
