I am trying to use the sample tree account CSE provided by OCOD.

1 of the privileges required is "SSO Enabled - Company & User"

On the company profile we have SSO enabled, however for the CTE and Staging users are not SSO.

I login directly and am not via SSO

The applet is visible and it loads but throws an error:

error retrieving account information for, no results returned ListOfAccount

Is this because of SSO issue or the data hierarchy is not getting recognized. (I have it as a related information section on both Parent and Child company record pages)
