Problem importing data from Excel

Hi Community,We have an application that we use JDE functionality Tools/Import Data Grid. This functionality is not working for all users. We use Office 2010 32 bit and Internet Explorer 8.
I was looking for some document in KG but no solution.
Is some has an idea?
Activex are installed correctly, I have no idea why it works for and not for others.
