[Planning-Workflow]How to enable Reviewers/Approvers to edit the data submitted by Planners ?

 Hi ,
Traditionally in Planning 11.1.2.x, edits into data are not allowed for Reviewers/Approvers in Workflow. We are in Planning 11.1.2.1 and we have  unique requirement for Workflow - Approvers are required to not only review but also make edits to the data submitted by Planners. 

We want to hear from Planning Gurus on best possible (and practical) ways of achieving this in Planning Workflow model.
