Missing G driver in patch 2451368

Release 11.5.10.2

In readme of 2451368, it indicates there are three drivers in the patch and need to apply in the order it is listed.

   c2451368.drv (This is the copy driver)
   d2451368.drv (This is the database driver)
   g2451368.drv (This is the generate driver)


But in the patch downloaded , I only found two
drivers , there is no g2451368.drv.

I applied c2451368.drv , d2451368.drv .

Question: Do I really need g2451368.drv?
