Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. rman restore to another node/database name

Hi, I have a full rman backup of a database called BMSDEP01.

I would like to restore this database(BMSDEP01) on another node with a different database name (i.e. TEST01).

I cannot find in metalink a note that describes exectly how to do this ? What is the procedure ? Thank you.
