How to refresh data from LOV in a field on IP page?

I am new for JDevloper and would like to get any advise to fix unable to refresh data from LOV in IP page.

In IProcumbent page, when user navigates to Checkout: Requisition Information, there is a customized field called internal zip on our system.   When users select a new internal zip from LOV, it reverts back to default internal zip once the LOV screen closes.
