unable to generate trial balance report

We are using Oracle R12.1.3 on Linux 64 bit
We have applied the following patches

8793202:R12.XDO.B
7687414

we are getting the following error

[120513_032153923][][EXCEPTION] oracle.xml.parser.v2.XMLParseException: '--' is not allowed in comments.
 at oracle.xml.parser.v2.XMLError.flushErrors1(XMLError.java:320)
 at oracle.xml.parser.v2.NonValidatingParser.parseDocument
