How to migrate 11g EM grid users to 12c EM

 Hi,
We are just migrating our 11g EM grid to 12c EM Cloud Control which are in two seperate servers.
We have completed our 12c EM setup and now would like to migrate the EM users (~50users) to new 12c EM.
Please let me know the best way to move all the users to the new EM.  Will that work if simply exp/imp those users from old to new or Do we need to consider anything specific.
