Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Avalibility window not appear on sales order line form, when order is booked.

We obsered,

when order is at entered stage - avalibility window appear after entering item code and quantity,

while when order is booked and user want to view avalibility he dont find this window nor avalibility button works..

How to check the avalibility of sales order of line status booked. ( User want system still show the avalibility window for booked orders)
