How to fix login error F98moque fat client

Hi, i have been trouble-shooting this error since some times ago but still failure...Can you give some more hints on this ...

In the past,they have tested the local fat client ODBC - Enterprise SSELocal - (local)\JDESSELocal and Enterprise Local - (local)\JDELocal...both can pass the authentification

 Then, they tried to detach / attach the local database by using detach_planner.bat and detach_planner.bat which are located in deployment server..They modified the batch files and detach and attach the spec_pd812A.mdf..

The batch file has been modified as below :

@set server=(local)\jdelocal
