Manager Self service based on Position Hierarchy

 

Hi,

The system generally follows supervisor hierarchy for majority of functions in Self Service module. 

Need to follow position hierarchy for certain functions. The requirement is if Manager A logs into the system and clicks on a function named 'XXXXXX' the system should display only positions(one level) reporting to him ( This comes form HRMS Manager-> Work Structures-> Position-> Hierarchy)

For this to work :

 

1.  I went into HRMS Manager -> Security-> Profile -> Position Hierarchy( This is not useful as I need only one level down positions reporting to a particular position whoever logs in - There is no level selection option given by oracle)
