Java Script Error in Offers Screen

 Hi,

We have recently upgraded our Siebel SIA Financial Services Application 7.8 to 8.1.1.9. In Offers screen -> Email Offers after creating a new record and step off the record,it gives a Java script error which involves Ckeditor Permission Issue as shown below:
