Organization Access in r12

Dear  Gurus,

I have  set up the  Organization access  for  some responsibilities  in Inventory . However  not able to restrict the  Inventory Orgs  in  Purchasing receipts. All inventory orgs are displayed  in the receiving form.

Request you to provide some pointers.
