Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Not able to change Order Type

Hi,

We have a Transaction Type for which we have Booked Sales Orders.

But when we are trying to chnage the Order Type we are getting message as ' You are not Allowed to update Order Tyoe because: Order is Booked'.

For other Transaction type we are able to change the Order Types on Sales Orders in Booked Status.
