Dear Colleague,

I'm upgrading my R12.0.6 to R12.1 (id:752619.1 : section 2: applying the maintenance pack)

during the patch apply 7303030 i faced issue related to APPS_TS_TX_DATA, so i extended the tabespace and restart the failed workers (using adctrl), but unfortunately issue still there

any help please? (see attached log files)

Note: OS: Windows 2003 server

node: 2 node (one application + 1 database)

database version: 11g

actually R12.0.6
