Task Status Update done in MFS in not reflecting in Field Service technician Portal
There is a service request created from oracle and assigned to FE.FE changed the task status from resolved to Closed but still the assignment status is Resolved in Field Service Technician Portal.
Its there any thing to do with schedule dates or some thing.
As i could see that after the schedule end date what ever chages done to status are not effected from MFS to Technicaian portal.
Could you please explain me what happen when an update to status in done in MFS from background,How Data is updated to Field Service technician Portal.
