Clarification about RPAS extended support and Patch release policy.
Hi,
We are on extended support RPAS version 13.0.4.35 and the extended support policy states that
• Program updates, fixes, security alerts, and critical patch updates - Does it mean that we will get fixes for our version if we get RPAS issues and also Oracle will help in upgrades/updates other than documents that is already available?
• Upgrade scripts - Is it the standard scripts that come as part of the release or do they provide customized scripts if necessary?
• Major product and technology releases, which includes general maintenance releases,
selected functionality releases, and documentation updates - That we are eligible for getting all these once they are available on Oracle metalink?
