HowTo silent running netca within a silent client install 11gR2

Hallo,
I am new to silent installation issues and have got some questions. First I describe the scenario, the I ask my questions:

Our system managers roll out Windows operating system via a software distribution system called DeskCenter.

Now, with DeskCenter, they want to roll out Oracle Client Software as well. My job is to assist them in this task.
So I first found the Master Note about Client Install and within some documents about silent install.
I did batch processing from the command line and was able to install the Oracle 11gR2 client Software so far. But I did not get a clear errorcode.
