How to Add Text to Purchasing Contract Terms and Conditions

I have a need to add the text 'End of Document' to the end of the Terms and Contracts.  I didn't think this would requre a new variable since it's static text that does not change.  I added a call to a sub-template that is already being used and added a new temlate that just had this text.  It's not printing anything so I must be doing something wrong.  Here are more details:

In a copy of the OKCTERMS_en.xsl file I added the call to a new template located in a sub-template already identified in this .xls file with
