Patch 13095192:R12.AP.B - Causes Several AP Reports to Fail to Generate

Hello Support,
When applying patch 13095192 to my Oracle Apps R12.1.3 instance (that is current on PSU patches), I get the following errors:

The following Oracle Reports objects did not generate successfully:
ap      reports/US      APXT7C99.rdf
ap      reports/US      APXT7CMT.rdf
ap      reports/US      APXT7INE.rdf
ap      reports/US      APXT7RVT.rdf
ap      reports/US      APXT7VEE.rdf

This is described in note 412516.1 but the fix is for 11.5.8 and the fix is to apply CPUJan07 which is way behind what I am currently running.

How do I fix this error?
