How to change default Message when user use IE 11 with webcenter spaces 11.1.1.7.1

Currently I.E 11 is not supported by Oracle WebCenter spaces 11.1.1.7.1.

When user use I.E 11 webcenter throws error message in popup

You are using an unsupported browser. The supported browsers are Internet Explorer 7 and higher, Firefox 2.0.0.2 and higher, Safari 3.1.2 and higher, and Google Chrome 1.0 or higher.

We have a need to changing default message to something else.

Any one let me know how to do that.
