Future of Solaris and sysadmin-Worldwide vision

Dear All sys admins,
I'm a Solaris administrator for more than 6 years, now I moved to France, I've got few questions about the future of Solaris and the future of Solaris administrators, how are the work env based on Solaris in the world, it's just to know how our community is big " I got a fear that one day sys admin job will disappear"

Please I need feedback from different people from different countries to have a global worldwide vision of my questions:

- What will be the future of Solaris and what will be the future of Solaris administrators?
- What are the main tasks of a Solaris administrator and is Solaris security administration is included within the sys admin?
