suspend a part of asset in the order

I have a requirement related to the suspension of associated asset to a client, the issue requires an ability to select all or part of the asset to the suspension or activation process. is possible handling this functionality with the standard (out of the box)? or what way can built this requirement?  the idea is to allow one or more children stay active while others are suspended
