Customer tables update(IBAN,BIC no) API

Hi All,

I have a requirement to update the customer tables with IBAN no and BIC no. I have to upload it thru an excel sheet
The tables are
iby_ext_bank_accounts for IBAN no
HZ_CONTACT_POINTS for BIC no

Could you please tell me which API should I use for this update?
