Customer Question: I also still want to understand why ASR did not pick this up?

Per ALOM and led's this was clearly a FT2 ( fan tray issue )However prtdiag -v, was showing that FT2 was ok.
Customer manually open the service request, for assistance.

What are possible reason's for ASR not to generate the service request?
Could this be a set/configuration issue?
Any input/direction will be greatly appreciated.
