Completed Activities - Log A Call
One of our users just brought something to my attention and need some help. Was there a recent update where the 'Type' field under 'Completed Activities - Log A Call' defaults to 'Inbound - Call?' Before (not more than a week ago), this field was set to blank and the user would have to select something if they wanted to. Funny thing though is that 'Open Activities - New Appointment/New Task' are still defaulting to a blank value. Any idea how I can change the 'Completed Activities - Log A Call' to default to a blank value?
