Can not get newly added images to show no customer self-service

I added new images into the image folder under FULFLL9100APP, added the link to the picture key of the item in the product catalog but they will not display when accessing the catalog.
I have stopped and started JWALK server FULFLL91 but still nothing. I know that something has to stop and restart because the will appear the next morning after backups.

Anybody got a clue?
