Oracle 12.1.3 and multiple shared application tier file systems

We want to know whether anyone is using (or aware if someone is using) following configuration with EBS 12.1.3. I opened SR with Oracle and Oracle said its certified.

5 (or more) application tier nodes -
3 nodes sharing one disk/SAN for the application tier file system(let's say 50Gb drive) (2 web/forms and 1 cp tier nodes)
other 2 nodes sharing another disk/SAN for the appliation tier file system (another 50Gb, making total 100Gb) (one web/forms and one cp tier nodes)

Oracle suggets we need to apply the pacthes twice and while it prompts on the second mount point,

This Patch seems to have been applied already.
