isetup - extract upload error, 'this file type is not allowed'

Hi everyone,  i've just tried to upload a compressed file (.rar) via isetup but get the following error message, 'This file type is not allowed.  Please choose another file'.  I'm sure there is a table that needs to be updated, anyone have any ideas?? Thanks
