Tax Registrations and Supplier conversion

 Does any one know how to automate creating Tax registrations at Supplier site the same time as running the Supplier Interface?

I am aware that there is an API to create third party tax profiles, how can this API be streamlined with running the supplier interface during supplier conversion? anyone?
