OVM 3.2.2 or 3.2.6 session time out or invalid Virtual machine console VNC

 hi ,
I install ovm manger3.2.2 or 3.2.6 on unbreakable linux and OVS servers and configure the storage and repositories and create VMs but i tried to connect 

to VM console but I can't , I tried to install tightvnc-java-XXXX  but give me session timed out or invalid ,

also i tried to uninstall tightvnc and install tigervnc-java , it gives me that no vnc viewer is installed (o tried to install VNC viewer server and client on my windows but the same result), 

i tried to install tigervnc and tight vnc , it gives me session timed out or invalid ,

i tired to install the latest versions of both but the same result ,
