The specified OS user is not in the DBA group. Please provide database credentials.

 after upgrading the db from 11.1.0.7 to 11.2.0.3 and using EM to specify the flash_recoivery_area it generate that error when try to give the host credentials "The specified OS user is not in the DBA group. Please provide database credentials." 

how can we solve that ????
