Siebel repository not getting imported

Hi All,

In our Env, we use siebel 7.5.3.17 , DB is oracle 9i and OS is Windoes 2000. We were trying to import siebel repository as part of bug fix. But we are getting error when it is getting imported. Please find the error below.
