R12.1.3 - View Invoice Link Is Missing From Ap Inovice Approval Notification

Can someone help me figure out the View Invoice link in the AP Invoice Approval Notification page in R12. This was available in 11i as per the note 1317375.1. I added the the function AP_APXIWALL_VIEW to the Payables Manager responsibility but still not able to see the link in the Notification page.
