Full Backup , archive log backup and Redologs Backup

Hi All Respected Experts,
i need your kind time to guide me about rman backup. actualy i have database running on 2 node rac 11.2.0.2  on ASM .  i wan to migrate my database to another server  and dun to use data guard for migration. now what  i m doing i already took rman full database (not level 0) .. and copied that backup to other site. but u know some nw archive logs already created and redo logs also ll be having some transactions 

now my concern is how i can copy archive from ASM and how i can copy redo log as well .... and then apply after resotoring full backup. ???
