operating unit report parameter automatically populated according to the responsibility

 Hello,

I have a question about
 how to set the global operating unit value in the report parameters
 I want the operating unit value to be not enabled and the value automatically populated  into it according to the responsibility 
  and could anyone list the all global variable for me like user,operating unit , ....................??
