Upgrade EBS from 12.1.1 to 12.1.3

I need to upgrade EBS from 12.1.1 to 12.1.3 and need a guide on how to best achieve this. My EBS is running on IBM AIX on POWER Systems (64-bit) (6.1) and utilizes Oracle Database - Enterprise Edition - 11.1.0.7.
