Oracle EBS 12.1.3 with RAC issue

Dear AllInstalled RAc with Oracle EBS.
Migrated Database from NonRAC to RAC.
Autoconfig completed successfully on all Database Nodes and 1 Application node.
All services started with status 0.

I followed the document.
Using Oracle 11g Release 2 Real Application Clusters with Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12 (Doc ID 823587.1)
Completed till

3.8.1 Preparatory Steps

But after starting services I am unable to access the main page of Oracle EBS Instance.

http://hostname.domain.com:8000

When I try to access Main Page following error appear on browser.

500 Internal Server Error

Servlet error: An exception occurred. The current application deployment descriptors do not allow for including it in this response. Please consult the application log for details.
