Responsibility level data access

 Hi,

We have oracle R12 set up , with one business group, one legal entity, one ledger, one operating unit, one security profile , one organization.

Our finance team enter payable invoice, we wanted  admin team to enter some of their invoices for that reason we created a new responsibility

with invoice and invoice batch form and assigned legal entity  ,security group and operating unit, 

We assigned this responsibility to admin user and user was able to create invoice successfully.

later on we realize that admin user can view all payable invoices of the operating unit, but we want to restrict complete visibility for admin user.
