Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Is there a way to recover the Physical Standby once the Primary has been upgraded from 11.2.0.2 to 11.2.0.3 whaile the Physical standby was shut ?
