Outside processing WF notifications.

Dear GURU's,

After release the OSP jobs one of the specified user getting the notification from Outside processing WF notification with the subject is "Action Required: No approved PO exists for assembly xxxxxx shipment."

We have verified the wip parameter in WIP setup and the specified user has not been setup in Production Scheduler and the Shipping Manager .But still getting the notification.

Please suggest how to stop the notification for the specified user.
