Localization in XE

Hi All,Can you please let me know how to check localization is enabled or not in XE?

I have checked the SYS7333/F96540 and it is blank, checked (E1: ESU: HowTo Run the R96450 to Validate What Enhancement/Localization Code is Currently Enabled/Disabled in the Plug and Play Objects for a Given Environment (Doc ID 1502966.1)) but this is applicable only for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Tools - Version 8.96 and later.
