Single Report with multiple groups(having different column headings)

 Each group headings should be displayed in every page(in header section) till the group ends.Eg: The report should appear as below but now in BI 2nd page does not have any group/col name information it has only data.
Page 1 Group 1     col1 col2 col3 data data data Page 2 Group 1     col1 col2 col3 data data data 

Version : Business Intelligence Publisher 11g Release 1 (11.1.1) 

Please find the attached, as you can clearly see the group above column is not displayed in 2nd page and same with the column names.  

Does anyone have solution for this?
