Applications is hang

  Dear All,

 Many Super useres reported that they face a hang (Very slow when moving from window to window, searching, running any request, update, enter, ....) when they do their normal transaction to the application. This behaviour lasts for about 20 minutes at the same time daily.  
 
 Any idea regarding this issue?
