How to stop the custom concurrent program sending the output to users via email

Hi All,

Users are receiving the output of some custom concurrent programs which are Pl/SQL executable from test system.

From concurrent manager, I put these request on hold and aftet that ,i disabled this as well.

Still the emails are sending with the output . These are part of the Workflows.

How i can stop these concurrent programs from sending output through emails?
