Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Sales Order stuck in Ready to Release Status. Pick Release not processing the sales order R12.06

Dear All,

I am faced with a multiple line sales order that is stuck in the Ready to Release status. When I launch pick Release, the status does not change.

Kindly assist.
