Error '"The replacement setup is invalid for instance_id : (XXXXXX)"' in install base.

Hi All,

We have received the above error in install base when a replacement transaction is performed.

I could see a metalink note '1358315.1' which is stating this issue as a bug in 12.1.3 environment. I have verified the file 'csiutlb.pls' versions and it is lower than the file version mentioned in the patch Patch:10271626:R12.CSI.B.

Is there any work around to resolve this issue or shall we go ahead and apply this patch. Please confirm.
