Creating buttons

Dear,

We are involved in a CPQ project. To be able to access the CPQ from OCOD we would like to create two buttons. One to create and access the CPQ and a second one to open and access the existing CPQ.

Does someone have experience with creating buttons in OCOD? And is it even possible to add buttons to objects (in this case the Opportunity object) in OCOD.
